In John 16, the disciples believed, In Jesus, they found truth received. No riddles or mysteries, His words were clear, They knew He came from God, no fear.
But Jesus questioned their faith so strong, Warning of trials and troubles long. He spoke of scattering, of facing strife, Yet promised peace in the midst of life.
For He has overcome the world, He said, In Him, we find strength, no need to dread. Faith in Jesus brings peace, it's true, In trials and tribulations, He'll see us through.
