On a warm and sunny day
A Mourning Dove was seen
Basking in the sun
In the dirt, so serene

Enjoying the beauty of the day
Simple yet so profound
A reminder of the gifts
That Jesus provide all around

Each day is a blessing
Filled with love and light
Let's cherish these moments
And hold them close and tight

So smile at the Mourning Dove
And thank the Lord above
For the beauty of nature
And the gift of His endless love
