Blessed are the poor in spirit, so humble and meek,
For theirs is the kingdom of heaven, so unique.

Blessed are those who mourn, in sorrow they weep,
For they will be comforted, in their hearts so deep.

Blessed are the meek, gentle and kind,
For they will inherit the earth, a treasure to find.

Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for what's right,
For they will be filled, with God's guiding light.

Blessed are the merciful, showing love without end,
For they will be shown mercy, a message to send.

Blessed are the pure in heart, shining bright as a star,
For they will see God, no matter how far.

So let us strive to embody these traits each day,
And we will be blessed in every single way.
