I am grateful, Jesus,
For the lovely Mourning Doves 
That visit my backyard 
Their soft cooing and elegant flight 
Always bring a smile to my face 

I appreciate the calm and serenity 
They bring to my environment 
Their presence serves as a reminder 
Of your love and the beauty of the natural world 
You have crafted with care 

Thank you for this small yet valuable gift 
That fills my heart with joy
