When Jesus spoke, His words were full of truth, He warned us of the world's disdain and hate, But do not fear, for He has chosen you, To stand apart, to love and not berate.
If the world despises you, take heart, For it despised our Savior first, you see, But do not let it tear your soul apart, For you are loved by Him eternally.
You do not belong to this world of sin, But to a kingdom pure and full of grace, So let your light shine brightly from within, And let the world see Jesus in your face.
So do not be discouraged by the hate, For you are chosen, loved, and truly great.
