Beloved, do not be surprised by the trial When it comes to test you, don't be in denial For Christ's sufferings you shall share Rejoice in the glory that's beyond compare
If insulted for His name, count it as a blessing The Spirit of God upon you, a divine caressing His glory will be revealed, shining bright In His love and grace, take delight
So do not fear the fiery trial's flame For in Christ's name, you shall proclaim Rejoice and be glad, for you are blessed In His arms, find peace and rest Beloved, trust in Him, through every test For in His love, you are truly blessed
