People may not always welcome me with open arms But I am always welcomed by Jesus, free from harm His love and grace surround me like a warm embrace In His presence, I find solace, a peaceful place
No matter what others may say or do I know that Jesus will always be true He is my friend, my rock, my guiding light In His presence, everything feels just right
So I smile and thank Him for His endless love For in His arms, I find peace like a dove People may not always understand or see But in Jesus, I find all I'll ever need
So I'll continue to walk with Him by my side Knowing that in His love, I will always abide Thank you, Jesus, for being my constant friend In Your presence, my heart will always mend
