The Arizona desert, 
Preparing for its monsoon season, 
In April's beautiful afternoon, 
I gaze up at the sky, 

Impressive clouds forming in the distance, 
Bringing calm and serenity, 
A reminder of nature's beauty and strength, 
Grateful for this stunning sight. 

Eagerly awaiting the monsoon's arrival, 
Bringing much-needed rain, 
To this dry landscape, 
Nature's gift in full display. 

The Arizona desert, 
A place of wonder and awe, 
As the monsoon approaches, 
I smile at the beauty I saw.
