In times of trouble, do not fear,
For the Lord is always near.

He goes before you, leading the way,
With you always, night and day.
Never will He leave your side,
In His love, you can abide.

So do not be afraid or dismayed,
For in His presence, you are saved.
Trust in Him, have faith and see,
His promise of love and security.

The Lord will never forsake you,
So be strong and courageous, it's true.
With His strength, you can stand tall,
For He is with you through it all.

So remember this, my dear friend,
The Lord's love will never end.
So do not be discouraged or blue,
For the Lord is always with you.
