The Lord is kind and full of grace, His love for us we can't erase. Slow to anger, abounding in love, He watches over us from above.
He doesn't hold our sins against us, His forgiveness is a must. His love reaches higher than the sky, For those who fear Him, He is nigh.
As far as east is from the west, Our sins He has truly blessed. Like a father with his child, His compassion runs wild.
He knows our weaknesses and flaws, Yet still He loves us, that's the cause. So let us praise Him, our God so just, For His love and mercy, in Him we trust.
